Michigan will apparently have another QB in the mix to start next season. According to Fox Sports’ Bruce Feldman, Iowa QB Jake Rudock, who is eligible to play immediately as a grad transfer, will transfer to Michigan and visit Ann Arbor sometime next week. Watch Rudock’s highlights at the bottom.

Rudock will give Michigan five potential options at QB next season (Shane Morris, Wilton Speight, Alex Malzone, Zach Gentry and now Rudock). Last season’s stats from Rudock: 62%, 2,436 yds passing, 16 TD, 5 INT, 176 rush yds & 3 TDs.
Rudock would be the second quarterback transfer Michigan will have accepted under Jim Harbaugh. Houston’s John O’Korn, who will have to sit out next season but has two years of eligibility left, was the first.
