As we near the NBA All-Star break, several Eastern Conference teams have been able to break away from the pack. ESPN’s SportsNation recently ran a poll asking which team was the favorite to come out of the East. So far the Chicago Bulls are the 36% favorites to win the East of the 124,436 total votes. The Atlanta Hawks, who currently sit with the best record at 30-8, have the second best odds at 28%. The Cleveland Cavaliers, who fell below .500 after yesterday’s loss, have the third best odds at 14%.
