As it turns out, four-star WR recruit Cordell Broadus didn’t always want to be a football player. Originally he wanted to be an actor and his dad, Snoop Dogg, asked him what it would take to get him to play football. His son said $2,000, which he gave him, and then he was given $1,000 the next year. The following year though, Cordell decided that he wanted to play for free.

How old was Cordell at the time of the first payment? He was six. So thankfully the NCAA will not be taking away his eligibility.
