Dion Waiters Clarifies Why He’ll Wear No. 23 For OKC Thunder

Yesterday, Dion Waiters announced that he will wear No. 23 for the OKC Thunder. It was initially unclear why Watiers, who has worn No. 3 throughout his career, would pick 23. However, Waiters clarified how he got stuck with 23:

Dion Waiters said he wanted to wear #13 with #3 unavailable but Thunder didn't want him to wear it so he's #23. James Harden wore #13.
