CBS decided to pull Rihanna and Jay-Z’s ‘Run This Town’ for its Week 1 Thursday Night Football matchup. The network now wants to air it in Week 2, and as a result, Rihanna, is not a happy person:

The reasoning behind the initial banning of the song via Sports Illustrated:
“We thought journalistically and from a tone standpoint, we needed to have the appropriate tone and coverage. A lot of the production elements we wanted in the show are being eliminated because of time or tone.”
