Penn State Students Hold Rally Following Bowl Ban, Chant For Joe Paterno’s Statue

Penn State had their bowl ban lifted and scholarships returned by the NCAA earlier today, and as a result, many Penn State students gathered on campus to hold a rally and celebrate the event.  The school’s Old Main building was the meeting point, with several chants busting out including one for the return of Joe Paterno’s statue.
