Paul George suffered one of the more gruesome injuries last night during a Team USA basketball scrimmage. After having surgery on his leg last night in Las Vegas, Yahoo’s Mark Spears tweeted out that George will likely be out the entire 2014-15 season for the Pacers.
Pacers guard Paul George had a “good surgery. No ancillary damage” but likely out for next season, a source told Yahoo Sports.

If George comes back fully recovered, and is indeed out only next season, the Pacers would certainly be very relieved.
