New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham fought a battle to try and get franchise tagged as a wide receiver because of how much he lines up in the slot. At the end of the day, the arbitrator ruled that Graham was a tight end and the franchise tag will be for $7 million instead of the desired $12.3 million. The Saints have until July 15th to reach a long-term deal with Graham and this ruling gives them quite a bit of leverage and gives Jimmy incentive to try and reach an agreement.
