Looks like Cleveland Browns QB Johnny Manziel was right when he told the team about his partying and that he wasn’t going to change for anybody. Manziel was spotted by TMZ hanging with Justin Bieber, Tyrese and Floyd Mayweather at a recent Bieber house-party.
The details of Bieber’s party, which included cops being called, via TMZ: “Manziel was hanging with Floyd Mayweather, Tyrese, Tyga, Chantel Jeffries and others at Bieb’s pad in Beverly Hills … when Beverly Hills PD was called to the home early Tuesday morning by someone complaining about loud music. “
