Johnny Manziel threw up his trademark money sign before he was scheduled to throw out the first pitch before Wednesday’s Cleveland Indians-Boston Red Sox game. However, due to rain, Manziel wasn’t able to show Cleveland faithful the future of their football team.

Johnny Manziel not only making $ for Browns, made some coin for Indians tonight. First pitch canceled, but definitely sold tickets.
