Cubs Outfielder Junior Lake Wears Wrong Road Jersey

I don’t understand how something like this happens at the major league level. One of the Chicago Cubs equipment managers had a pretty huge gaffe bringing along the wrong jersey/handing out the wrong jersey for Junior Lake.
