Aroldis Chapman was hit in the face with a comeback line drive courtesy of Kansas City catcher Salvador Perez on Wednesday night, immediately leaving the game on a stretcher and going to the hospital. Early reports indicate that the Reds’ closer has fractures above his left eye and nose, but that he never lost consciousness.
