LaMarcus Aldridge hits turnaround over-the-backboard circus shot over Tim Duncan

LaMarcus Aldridge is a ridiculously efficient shooter, but this is beyond efficient. On Wednesday night, with Tim Duncan draped all over him, the Trail Blazers All-Star PF hit a crazy over-the-backboard shot as the shot clock was expiring.

Though, later on in the game Aldridge left the game due to a back contusion.
