It’s hot in Sochi and one Olympic volunteer attempted to cool herself down by rolling up her shirt and getting some sun for herself. It’s too bad she isn’t a competitor, or else she easily would have made our list of 20 Hottest at the Olympics. Oh, and this woman has also become a meme.
