Phoenix Coyotes to change name to ‘Arizona’ Coyotes next year

Often talked about as the favorite to be the next team to move in the NHL, the Coyotes are finally making a change. However, the alteration isn’t nearly as colossal as the team up and moving to Quebec or Seattle would’ve be.

It’ll be pretty weird to think that we’ll be hearing analysts and hockey fans nationwide talk about the ‘Arizona’ Coyotes, but at least the 40 minute drive from Phoenix to Glendale will seem a little shorter now.
