Virginia Tech Hokies stone helmet concept is real

After a few days of rumors swirling, confirmation came on Thursday that the Virginia Tech Hokies stone helmet concept is actually a real idea.  Andy Bitter of the Roanoke Times confirmed that this helmet is in the early design stages.  I’m not really sure why this is a concept but it is truly brutal, this helmet has no business on the football field.
