The South Carolina Equipment staff Twitter account sent out this photo of a chrome helmet, raising the question of whether or not this will be worn by the team next year. This chrome helmet looks really sweet, and I’m guessing it would look great with their maroon jersey.
The Gamecocks have also sent out two photos of throwback helmets, that look like they could be worn at any moment.
I think all of the Division-1 football schools should have an equipment staff Twitter account so the fans can enjoy special behind-the-scenes photos like these.
