Former Tennessee coach caught on camera breaking into Thompson-Boling Arena

Former Tennesse basketball strength and conditioning coach Troy Willis broke into Thompson-Bolina Arena last weekend and reportedly stole $4,150 from Event Director William Whitsell’s desk and caused $750 worth of damage to the office.  Willis was the strength and conditioning coach under former coaches Buzz Peterson and Bruce Pearl.

According to police, Willis was carrying a saw and is now facing theft and vandalism charges.  Looks like that jacket he had over his head trying to disguise himself didn’t do a very good job, perhaps he should have checked for security cameras.
