Jay Paterno takes a shot at the NCAA

Jay Paterno is clearly still not okay with the decision that the NCAA made and how the situation with his father and Jerry Sandusky played out.  The Pope stepped down today, and Jay Paterno decided that this moment and using Twitter would be the appropriate way to take a shot at the NCAA and their President.  Needless to say, Paterno does not like Mark Emmert.
