Bucknell Announcer goes completely nuts over a virtually routine layup

The clip here is from a Bucknell-Dartmouth basketball game that happened in November, but is just starting to get main stream coverage.  Doug Birdsong, the Bucknell play-by-play guy, gets a little over the top here for a merely nothing play.  And by a little over the top, I mean extremely excessive and ridiculous.  I wonder how he would react if the Bison hit a game winning shot?
