Robert Griffin III displays his interesting sense of humor and perfect timing as he discusses his recent injury from Sunday’s Ravens game. Griffin came up limping following a crushing hit from Ravens defensive tackle Haloti Ngata during the fourth quarter.
The early reports are that RG3, who tore an ACL while playing at Baylor, sprained his knee on the play. When asked about the injury following the game, RG3 had a classic response.
RG3 said of injury, “I knew as soon as I got hit, as I screamed…like a man of course.” Kirk Cousins replaced Griffin and led the Redskins to a 31-28 overtime victory.
