The Boston Celtics first four games haven’t gone exactly as planned. With an inauspicious start, they were lucky to get a win over the Washington Wizards on Wednesday night. Kevin Garnett then had to answer questions about the team chemistry, and if it was an issue, because of so many new faces and the loss of Ray Allen.
Garnett went ahead and clarified that it’s not something you can speed up or fast-forward through and it takes time. While explaining this, he took a shot at Comcast and said he was a “DirecTV guy,” even though Comcast is one of the major sponsors for the Celtics.
Sure, Comcast probably isn’t thrilled with this, but in the grand scheme of things, it won’t be a big deal. It would probably just be wise for KG not to insult Celtics’ sponsors in the future.
