With Ryan Day falling in the last 4 games to Michigan, it seems clear as Day that his seat is hot. While many Ohio State fans are calling for his job, OSU AD Ross Bjork issued strong support for Day ahead of the playoffs:
“Our full focus right now is on the College Football Playoff and making a strong run,” Bjork said Sunday. “We have a ton to play for. We have a great team made up of talented players and great young men. Coach Day does a great job leading our program. He’s our coach.”
Meanwhile, there are rumblings of Day’s commitment to the Buckeyes. Several have heard that the OSU headman has been ‘looking around’. Andrew Lind, a former OSU beat writer, posted the following after The Game:
Maybe the coach shouldn’t have spent the last month or so inquiring about other jobs.

On Columbus, Ohio, radio this morning, hosts said Chip Kelly was “on the take” & Ryan Day should be fired before the playoffs for Michigan loss & because he’s been looking for another job for last month. So how’s your Sunday?

Former Buckeye BBall star JJ Sullinger:
Please keep in mind… If we got rid of Ryan Day, we would be forced to kiss our current returners goodbye!! 👀
You good with that?
