A one-time Michigan State pledge, Andrew Dennis, a Mt. Pleasant, Michigan native, who was Illinois’ top recruit last season as a top 150 player, has entered the transfer portal. As noted below, Dennis, who was working at center for the Illini, is hoping to get closer to home.

Does that mean Michigan State is now the favorite? Hard to tell, but the Spartans certainly have lost quite a group of players with 38 outgoing transfers and many offensive lineman.
