With the addition of Tony Alford as new RB coach, Michigan’s RB recruiting could really take off. While Mike Hart was able to land top 100 recruit Jordan Marshall last cycle, it looks like Alford and his connections are already paying dividends. Bo Jackson, a top 100 recruit out of Cleveland, Ohio, was in Ann Arbor this past weekend and called Alford the GOAT, via Josh Henschke:
In other Tony Alford news, Michigan is now back in the mix for Top 100 RB Bo Jackson. The Ohio native took a weekend visit to Ann Arbor where Tony Alford made it clear he was wanted.

At the same time, Michigan is expected to host five-star RB Jordon Davison for an upcoming visit this month. Davison, a California native, is ranked as Rivals’ No. 15 and No. 1 recruit in 2025.
