Michigan Signee Sees Major Bump In Rankings, Move Up 500 Spots

Once ranked outside the top 600, Michigan DE signee Devon Baxter saw quite a jump in the final 247sports rankings. Baxter, a Gwynn Park, Maryland product, now sees his rankings as No. 182 overall.

This is very similar to Michigan signee Jo’Ziah Edmond, who was ranked outside the top 700 and a Purdue pledge, and now is ranked at No. 108 after an impressive All-American Game performance.
