After news started circulating that Jim Stapleton, a member of NCAA’s Infraction committee and a Michigan grad, could have been the one that leaked the information regarding Michigan’s sign stealing (John U. Bacon shared it on the radio) saying that Stapleton has it out for Harbaugh, Stapleton issued a statement:
