With Mel Tucker out as coach, Michigan State’s official NIL sponsorship, Spartan Dawgs 4 Life, had their sponsorship deals voided. The players found out while traveling to Iowa for their game last weekend against the Hawkeyes:

Sources told On3 that SD4L's termination clause allowed it to void deals at any time.

Apparently SD4L is thinking that many MSU players are likely headed for the transfer portal:
As one agent told On3: “I’ll tell you exactly what happened. They don’t want to pay out contracts for athletes who plan to enter the transfer portal.”
