Should Michigan Circle Back With This Michigan State Commit, Elite In-Stater?

Michigan was once recruiting four-star and top in-state recruit Nick Marsh. However, things slowed with the River Rouge, Michigan product and Michigan State pledge. However, could things change now that Mel Tucker is out in East lansing? Marsh is apparently taking a wait and see aproach:
