Nation’s Top Basketball Recruit, Dylan Harper, Trending Towards B1G Program

Dylan Harper, the top player in the 2024 class, is a New Jersey native. Harper, who is the son of former bball player Ron Harper, has seen several predictions for Rutgers from Duke insiders. The Blue Devils, once believed to be a favorite to land Harper, look to be running second behind the Scarlett Knights.

Rutgers also have the commitment from the No. 2 player in the class in Airious Bailey.
