Set to make his college commitment July 7th, Dylan Williams, a four-star LB and top 150 recruit out of California, is deciding between Oregon and Michigan State. While the Spartans recently saw some predictions drop in their favor, it is the Ducks that got a big one from West Coast insider Greg Biggins:
