B1G School Contender To Land Nation’s Top Transfer Player

Caleb Williams, the top transfer on the market after a sensational freshman season, has nearly every college courting his services. The D.C. native apparently is interested in Wisconsin, who developed Russell Wilson into a star after transferring from NC State:

Wisconsin has emerged as a true contender to land quarterback Caleb Williams, per On3's @HamiltonESPN.

According to On3's transfer portal rankings, Williams is the top-rated quarterback and prospect available.
