Michigan Makes Massive Defensive Line Hire

With Shaun Nua departing to USC, The Wolverine has learned that Notre Dame DL coach Mike Elston is set to take over:

Michigan football has hired Notre Dame defensive line coach Mike Elston.

Elston played at Michigan and got his start in coaching in Ann Arbor under Lloyd Carr.

Elston, a Michigan graduate and former  staffer under Lloyd Carr, has been at ND since 2010.
