Top Michigan WR Target Opens Up Commitment From Other School

Kaleb Webb, a four-star WR out of Georgia and former ECU commit, re-opened his recruitment earlier.

While Tennessee is believed to be the front-runner, Michigan, which hosted Webb for a visit earlier in the year, is also in contention.
