After a bye week and Michigan heading to play Northwestern, Jim Harbaugh says that the team is locked in and ready for the second half of the season:

Jim Harbaugh says Michigan got Friday and Saturday off, but that Sunday’s practice was as locked in and energetic practice that he’s “ever” seen from his teams coming off a bye week.
