Rumblings A PSU Player, Former 5* Could Enter Portal And Head To Michigan

There are some rumblings that former top 100 recruit and former West Bloomfield HS LB Lance Dixon will be entering the transfer portal for Penn State. Freshman safety Makari Paige tweeted this recently.
