MSU Loses Its Star In-State Recruit To Transfer Portal

Former top in-state recruit OL Devontae Dobbs out of Belleville HS has entered the transfer portal for Michigan State.

Can confirm Michigan State OL Devontae Dobbs has entered the transfer portal. Former top 60 prospect played in four games as a true freshman last year but none this season.

As noted, Dobbs did not see action this fall under Mel Tucker. The Spartans have now lost their top three recruits from the 2019 class in Dobbs, Julian Barnett and Luke Fulton.
