Big Breakthrough For B1G For An October Kickoff?

While  college football is set to kickoff for the ACC, Big 12 and SEC this weekend, the Big Ten and Pac 12 are going to be sitting out, at least for some time. However, with rumblings that the B1G Presidents are going to vote for a possible start in October, an insider from Texas A&M, has heard that the conference will use the saliva tests that the NBA has been using inside their buddle:
