Top In-State Recruit Spurns Michigan State For Another B1G School

Four-star LB Jamari Buddin out of Belleville HS in Michigan, announced his commitment on Friday afternoon to Penn State. Michigan is believed to be full at LB and moved on from the in-stater. However, there was a time when Michigan State was believed to be the front-runner.
