CFB Insider Believes Top Bowl Game Will Pick Michigan

The Athletic’s Stewart Mandel thinks that the Citrus Bowl, which has the first pick of non-NY6 Big Ten teams, will be looking to pick the Wolverines over potentially Wisconsin, Iowa and others.
