Former ESPN staffer Darren Rovell took somewhat of a shot at Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan football program over its handling of mental health.
Jared, having a great mental health program, and given what I saw at Michigan when I came I have my doubts, doesn’t absolve Harbaugh from the comments he made and, according to the family, his actions. It’s like if Ohio State had a great domestic assault response program… https://t.co/ePqBQiveL1

Former player Jared Wangler responded to Rovell and said he should not compare OSU’s domestic violence situation to Michigan:
Darren, you may be a very successful analyst but being around our program for one day does not qualify you to make those statements. Please don’t mention this topic in the same breath as the OSU domestic violence situation. https://t.co/ZaNyVQ8os1

The media can portray his comments in whichever way they would like but the people who are actually in and around the program know the truth.

Here was the thread about mental health at Michigan from Wangler:
The Michigan Football program does a phenomenal job taking care of their players. Mental health is not something to take lightly nor is it fair to falsely accuse a man of inadequately providing support for his players.
