Brandon Peters, a grad-transfer QB out of Michigan, paid Illinois a visit a couple weeks ago. There are signs pointing to the Illini landing the former Michigan signal-caller. One Illinois website thinks the addition of Peters could do wonders for them and next year’s matchup with Michigan:
