After a 10.5-sack season, former Michigan DE Frank Clark earned himself a franchise tag by the Seahawks:

Seahawks make it official: Frank Clark has been franchise tagged. He’ll make $17.1M on a 1-year deal in 2019 unless they agree on a long-term deal before July 15.
