Michigan AD Shuts Down Chris Carter’s Comments About Harbaugh-NFL

After Chris Carter’s comment about Jim Harbaugh ‘possibly’ being interested in the Packers job, Michigan AD Warde Manuel had the following to say about the former Buckeye’s comments:
