Harbaugh Mentions Several Players Who Have Taken Leadership Roles

Jim Harbaugh told media that he is very fond of the senior class and the leadership they are providing for the team. Tyree Kinnel and Karan Higdon, both captains, were mentioned, along with Brandon Watson, Bryan Mone, Jon Runyan and Juwann Bushell-Beatty.

Both Kinnel and Higdon are great guys and starters, and both have taken a leadership role. They've invested the most and have had the best attitude, along with the rest of our senior class. I feel good about our leadership — Brandon Watson, Mone, Jon Runyan and JBB have emerged.
