Marcus Hicks, a four-star DE out of Wichita, Kansas, is clearly a top priority for Michigan’s 2019 class. Hicks, who is believed to be favoring Michigan and Oklahoma, had Greg Mattison and Sherrone Moore out to his track and field event:
