Michigan sent out a notable QB offer on Tuesday evening as Ty Evans, a one-time Arkansas pledge and current Colorado commit, received the Maize and Blue offer:

Dan Enos, Arkansas’ former OC, could be playing a large role in the offer of the three-star and No. 10 ranked pro-style QB. Evans was Colorado’s Gatorade Player of the Year winner for 2017.
