Four-Star California Safety Trending Towards Notre Dame

Notre Dame now looks to be the favorite to land four-star safety Julius Irvin out of Anaheim, California. The Fighting Irish have received several predictions recently for the No. 150 recruit in 2018.

Irvin visited Michigan back in October. He is ranked as the No. 13 safety in 2018.
