Michigan Flips Big-Time DE Prospect During Early Signing Period

Michigan flipped Julius Welschof, a three-star DE out of Germany, on the early signing period.

A one-time Georgia Tech commit, Welschof stands at  6’6” and 250lbs. Having camped with Michigan during the summer, Welschof received an offer from the Wolverines very recently.  247sports ranks the defensive lineman as a four-star and the No. 323 recruit in 2018.
