Ronnie Perkins, a four-star DE out of Saint Louis, Missouri, committed to Oklahoma over the weekend.

Perkins, the No. 112 recruit in 2018, was expected to visit Michigan sometime this year. Now on the board with the Sooners, a visit would seem unlikely.
